Our retained search service is executed with a uniquely structured process that uses different criteria and functions to identify the most suitable candidates for the position. This service is contracted which is bound by timelines and deliverables. The contract will be tailored to the need of the transaction and the cost will be appropriated that will be reasonable which should be paid upon signing the contract or should be
installments as per the terms and conditions. We are specialized and have successful record in searching for few identified positions to the level of projects that will have large number of identified job positions. In both of these situations we have proven our capabilities.
Leadership / Management Search:
At JEMS, while executing the leadership/executive search, we understand that it is critical to hire not just any qualified person, but the most qualified and appropriate person to meet the challenges of the job position. While executing a retained leadership / executive search, we will first ensure to clearly the understand the needs of the client for the position. The next step is to head hunt for the suitable candidates. We have our own database with over 2 million qualified professions updated profiles that we utilize for our research. Our consultants are experts in identifying needs from the candidate's conversation so as to mitigate and negotiate the interest for the identified position. In most of our contacts while interaction with the candidates we have either identified the potential candidates or have found interest for the future projects which is a sign of our consultant's capabilities.
Our next process is screening on the long-list of the potential candidates, short-listing the candidates by the way of contacting and going through their qualifications & work experience prudence. During this process our consultants ensure to provide clear objectives and deliverables of the opportunity available and appropriately the serious interest from the candidate will be evaluated. As our consultants finds the genuine interest of the candidate and upon his satisfaction that the candidate will be ready to discuss openly then our rigorous process of screening will start. The future potentiality of the candidate is also evaluated, as well as the perfect match of the employee and employer.
Upon finalization of the filtered candidates and as the satisfaction of our consultant will be completed it will be ensured to minimize the best suitable candidates list so that the potential candidates will be exposed to the client for assessment. We ensure to minimize the list to 3-5 candidates for each position for evaluation and then to line-up candidates for physical interviews. As the success of physical / telephone interview process we will accordingly take care of the procedures that should be good for the progress of the candidate for employment.
Skilled Recruitment: In this service we address our capabilities to assist our clients with their needs to recruit the middle and junior management roles. We cater to corporate, establishments, government agencies etc., that are hiring specific for a need, a group for a project, new branch expansion, building new facility, beefing the existing the manpower etc. We have innate capacities that are unique and will surely prove successful while formalizing the mass recruitments from our various representative and our own offices.
